Safeguarding

Stanley St Peter's is committed to safeguarding and the well-being of the children and expect all our staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  As such, we would like to clarify our procedures for the collection of children:  In the first instance the parent/carer of the child is always preferential or another named adult.  However, if there is an occasion where you need to send a child under the age of 14 years to collect their sibling from school, please send a signed, written parental permission letter to school. Please note that all parents and carers are expected to ensure that the school holds at least two up to date emergency contact numbers for their child/children.

The designated Safeguarding Leads for Stanley St Peter’s are:

Miss M Wiggins (Headteacher)

Mrs R Griffiths (SENDCo)

Mrs N Hession (Learning Mentor)

Mrs E Watson (Safeguarding Governor)

Mental Health First Aider:   Mrs N Hession
