Revisit this week's sounds
Rhyming Words encourage your child to find the matching pairs. You do not need to print this, you could cut out egg shapes and draw simple pictures on them. Alternatively, you could find objects that rhyme and play the Silly Soup rhyming game.
Count the butterflies and match these to your 1-10 numbers - write and cut out numbers 1-10
Fine Motor Skills
Use some of these activities to help your child to develop their fine motor skills, this in turn will support their pencil control and writing skills.
Reading and Writing
Write the name of your child and names of other family members. Which names do they recognise? Can they recognise mummy? Include another name that begins with the same initial sound as their name. Does your child realise that this is not their name? Encourage you child to spot the differences between their name and the name that begins with the same letter.
